Amu School Eligibility Criteria for Class 1st, 6th and 9th

Class Eligibility
Class 1st:Age- The age of the candidate must be between 5 to 7 years as of March 31, 2025.
The date of birth of the application must lay b/w March 31, 2014, to April 1, 2016
Candidates must fulfill the criteria of domicile.
Class 6th:Education– Candidates must have passed the class 5th examination from a school that is registered and recognized by a government authority or affiliated with an approved public examination board.
Age: The age of the candidate must be between 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2025.
The date of birth of the candidate must lie between March 31, 2009, to April 1, 2011.
Class 9th:Education– Candidates must have passed the class 8th examination from a school that is registered and recognized by a government authority or from affiliated with an approved public examination board.
For verification, the Registration, and the affiliation number of the school should be clearly mentioned on the qualifying examination’s mark-sheet or certificate.
Age: The age of the candidate must be between 13 to 15 years as of March 31, 2025.
The date of birth of the candidate must lie between March 31, 2006, to April 1, 2008.

  2. Here Click on Admission Form 2025-26 Link under the School Admission Section.
  3. Only Single Registration is sufficient for applying to the multiple courses by a candidate.
  4. Please note every candidate will Register separately and will get his/her username and password to access his/her Dashboard for filling as well as tracking the form(s).
  5. Login using your Email and password. Your Dashboard will be available to you for filling the form.
  6. In case you have lost/forgot your password, Please use Forgot Password link to get it. It will be sent to you on your registered email.
  7. Please fill your Profile carefully and Review it properly before Saving it as you will not be able to Edit/Update it afterwards.
  8. Before filling the Application form you must have the following ready.
    • Scanned copy of colored Photo with white background, Signature, and Thumb Impression (Left Hand Thumb Impression for every candidate) of the Candidate in JPG format ONLY. The file size of each should be less than 200KB

Candidates who apply for admission, are advised to carefully read this

  1. Admission open to Indian Nationals, with limited seats for Foreign Nationals/NRI children.
  2. Applications accepted for Classes I, VI, IX and XI only.
  3. School reserves right to reject candidates despite notification.
  4. Admission not guaranteed, subject to school’s discretion.
  5. Unfair means/impersonation in Admission Test or canvassing disqualify candidates.
  6. Strictly follow eligibility rules for each class, no exceptions.
  7. Eligibility based on passing qualifying exam from recognized school and meeting age requirements.
  8. Candidates awaiting results can apply but must fulfill criteria upon selection.
  9. No address change requests after application submission.
  10. Candidates list preferred schools in order, no changes later.
  11. Changes in rules and criteria apply even after notification.
  12. Application forms rejected for incompleteness, wrong form, no fee, or late submission.
  13. Admit Card downloadable from Controller’s website a week before the test.
  14. Admit Card necessary for test center entry.
  15. Test paper medium same as chosen in application.
  16. University can alter Admission Test Schedule.
  17. Ineligible candidates appearing at their own risk; admission canceled if criteria not met.
  18. Answer sheet provided for Class I applicants; OMR sheets for Class VI and IX.
  19. Shortlisted candidates’ lists posted; candidates inform themselves.
  20. Candidates must produce original certificates during interview/counselling.
  21. Chance Memos might be issued for potential vacancies.
  22. Unfilled seats from Chance Memos remain vacant if after admissions closure.
  23. No communication to non-selected candidates; no returns of documents or fees.
  24. Merit-based school allotment for selected candidates; higher preference prevails.
  25. School allocation remains provisional.
  26. School upgrades possible based on merit.
  27. Upgrading not mandatory, candidate’s choice.
  28. All admissions remain provisional.
  29. Admission to the same class already passed not allowed.
  30. In-person reporting required during counselling/admission.
  31. Admission formalities not possible in absentia; missed admission date forfeits claim.

  37. Admission can be canceled due to processing/verification errors.
  38. Fraudulent means/false statements lead to admission cancellation.
  39. Non-refundable admission charges/fee after cancellation.
  40. Admission-related records retained for 4 months post closing date.
  41. Admission disputes subject to Aligarh local courts and Allahabad High Court.
  42. Closing date for admissions to Classes I, VI, and IX is 18.03.2025; no vacancies filled after this date.
