AMU BA LLB and LLM Exam Dates 2024 

Step 1: Check Eligibility & Gather Documents

• Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (mentioned previously).
• Have scanned copies of your passport photo, signature, and (if applicable) left thumb impression ready.

Step 2: Head to the AMU Website (Application Opens Expected March 25th)

Step 3: Register & Complete the Online Form

• Create a login and password.
• Fill out the application form accurately, including your chosen specialization and educational details.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents & Pay Fees

• Upload the scanned documents as per specifications.
• Pay the application fee (Rs. 800 to 1000) using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Demand Draft (additional Rs. 300/- for late fee after April 14th, 2024).

Step 5: Submit & Review

• Carefully review your application before final submission.

AMU BA LLB and LLM Exam Pattern 2024

AMU or Aligarh Muslim University holds this Aligarh Muslim University Law Entrance Test to offer admission. They can get this admission to pursue the undergraduate law course offered by Aligarh Muslim University. AMU BA LLB/ LLM 2024 is an offline exam, which means that it is a written examination and also commonly known as pen and paper-based examination. Candidates who applied for the AMU BA LLB/ LLM 2024 should clear both subjective and objective.

Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria may fill out the AMU BA LLB 2024 application form before the last date.

Note that admission to the BA LLB program offered by AMU will not be through the CUET UG exam.

Instead, candidates need to appear in the Admission Test conducted by the university, which is also popularly known as the AMU BA LLB entrance exam.

The AMU BA LLB 2024 entrance exam will be conducted tentatively in the 2nd week of May 2024.

The exam will be conducted at Aligarh (U.P.), Kolkata (W.B.) & Kozhikode (Kerala) centers. The test paper will include 100 objective-type questions from three topics – Proficiency in English, Current Affairs/General Knowledge, and ) Reasoning and Aptitude.

AMU Law BA LLB Entrance Exam Admit Cards are available on the official website. The applicants should submit their registration Id and password in the required field to download the admit card. After downloading the admit cards, the students can take out the printout of it to keep for future reference.

AMU Law 2024 Exam: LLM Course Admission Process

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) offers LLM for two years in a full-time mode. Admissions for LLM are based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. The total number of seats available for the LLM course at AMU is 35. The fee for the two-year LLM course at AMU is INR 4.1 lakhs. Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the application form, an applicant must check if he/she is eligible for the exam. These are some of the eligibility criteria that an applicant must clear:

• Candidates must have passed LLB/ BA LLB or an examination recognised by the university as its equivalent with not less than 55% marks.
• There is a 5% relaxation from the prescribed minimum marks for the reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST
• Candidates who are going to appear in the final examination of their bachelor’s degree or waiting for the results of their final examination can also apply for the LLM exam.
• The applicant must not be more than 27 years of age as of July 01 of the year of admission.
